Yes you will need to register to attend the event. You can register to attend at https://hcsa.vfairs.com/en/registration. Please complete all the relevant details. This event is open to public and private sector organisations.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet. If you wish to have 121 video calls with any participant during the day you will need to have access to a camera on your laptop.
Once you register you will receive an email confirming your participation. On 17 June the event will go live at 0800. The platform can be accessed here: hcsa.vfairs.com. Log in using the link above, entering your email and password to login.
Don’t worry you can reset your password – click the ‘login’ link on hcsa.vfairs.com and follow the instructions for forgotten password.
We’ll shortly load a tutorial video onto the event website. Please look out for this.
The event will be open from 0800 and will remain open until 1700 on 17 June. Please note that all content will be available on demand for 30 days after the event.
The event will have as many features as a live event. You can access the speaker presentations in the auditorium, visit the partners, sponsors and exhibitors in the exhibition halls and network with other delegates in the networking lounge. You will also be able to take part in Q&A during/after speaker sessions, join in discussion threads, arrange 121 meetings with partners, sponsors and exhibitors, visit exhibition booths and take content home in your delegate bag. All done from the comfort and safety of your home or office environment.
These can be accessed either via the Planner link on the main navigation bar, or via the Info desk.
You can either search in the ‘search booth’ box at the top of the page (type in the name of the booth you want to visit), or you can use the keywords search on the right hand side of the main navigation bar to search by sector/keyword. Check the Exhibition Floorplan (available to download from the Info Desk) to learn a bit more about the sectors each exhibiting organisation covers.
Visit the Exhibition Hall and click into the appropriate stands. If you click the Chat button this will allow you to network with the booth representatives. If the booth has a ‘Reserve a Chat’ button you can click here to book an appointment. Please then return to the stand at the appropriate time and enter the chat room in order to connect.
All presentations can be accessed via the Auditorium.
To network with delegates please visit the Lounge – accessed via the main navigation bar. There you can either join the general chatroom to see who is there, or you can join one of our discussion topics. For details of the topics/times of these Discussion Boards please view the Event Planner.
We ask that any discussions – whether via IM or video calls – are kept strictly professional. Please use appropriate language. Best practise is to send a text IM in the chat room to ask if someone is available for a video call. Please do not ‘spam’ any participant with unsolicited voice calls. Please bear in mind that many booths will be very busy and reps will get back to you when they can.
