We’ll shortly load a tutorial video onto the event website. Please look out for this.
The event will be open from 0830 and will remain open until 2000 on 17 and 18 November. Please note that all content will be available on demand for 30 days after the event.
The event will have as many features as a live event. You can access the speaker presentations in the auditorium, visit the partners, sponsors and exhibitors in the exhibition halls and network with other delegates in the networking lounge. You will also be able to take part in Q&A during/after speaker sessions, join in discussion threads, arrange 121 meetings with partners, sponsors and exhibitors, visit exhibition booths and take content home in your delegate bag. All done from the comfort and safety of your home or office environment.
These can be accessed either via the Planner link on the main navigation bar, or via the Info desk.
You can either search in the ‘search booth’ box at the top of the page (type in the name of the booth you want to visit), or you can use the keywords search on the right hand side of the main navigation bar to search by sector/keyword. Check the Exhibition Floorplan (available to download from the Info Desk) to learn a bit more about the sectors each exhibiting organisation covers.
Visit the Exhibition Hall and click into the appropriate stands. If you click the Chat button this will allow you to network with the booth representatives. If the booth has a ‘Reserve a Chat’ button you can click here to book an appointment. Please then return to the stand at the appropriate time and enter the chat room in order to connect.
All presentations can be accessed via the Auditorium.
To network with delegates please visit the Lounge – accessed via the main navigation bar. There you can either join the general chatroom to see who is there, or you can join one of our discussion topics. For details of the topics/times of these Discussion Boards please view the Event Planner.
We ask that any discussions – whether via IM or video calls – are kept strictly professional. Please use appropriate language. Best practise is to send a text IM in the chat room to ask if someone is available for a video call. Please do not ‘spam’ any participant with unsolicited voice calls. Please bear in mind that many booths will be very busy and reps will get back to you when they can.
BiP Solutions staff will be on hand at the Info Desk in the HCSA event to help with any event specific questions. Our technical team will be on hand to answer any technical support questions in the same area.
We would suggest you use Firefox or Chrome to get the best quality.
All content will remain on the site for 30 days, allowing registered delegates the opportunity to revisit on a different day and still be able to access all the presentations and exhibition stands.
